Delete your Numingo account

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Numingo is a number-guessing game by Olcay Gunes. This page explains how to delete your Numingo account and what happens to your data.

You can delete your Numingo account at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

Open the Profile screen (the person icon in the top right corner), tap Delete my account, enter your password and tap Delete account.

Without the app

Send an email to support@numingo.app from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion". We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email. For your security, we can only act on requests sent from the registered address.

What is deleted

• Your email address and username (replaced with an anonymous placeholder)
• Your ability to sign in
• Your coin balance and free hints
• Your friends list, friend requests, game invites and block list
• Unused referral codes
• Feedback messages you sent us
• Your push notification token, device session, language and time zone settings
• Your customer record at RevenueCat
• Analytics data associated with your account, within 2 months

What is kept

The following is kept without your email address or username:

• Match records and game statistics, under an anonymous identifier, so that other players' match history stays accurate. Other players see you as "Deleted user".
• Purchase and coin transaction records, for legal and accounting purposes.
• Completed referral records.

Remaining coins are not refunded, except as required by applicable law. Single-player progress stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
