Terms of Service for Numingo

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Numingo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Numingo is a number guessing game that offers both single-player and multiplayer modes. The App allows users to:

• Play number guessing games against the computer (free, unlimited)
• Create an account and play against other users online
• Add friends and send game invitations
• Compete on leaderboards
• Track game statistics and progress
• Earn and spend virtual currency (Coins)
• Purchase coin packages through in-app purchases
• Invite friends and earn referral rewards

3. User Accounts

To access multiplayer features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Virtual Currency (Coins)

4.1 Nature of Coins

Coins are virtual currency used exclusively within Numingo's multiplayer mode. By using Coins, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Coins have no real-world monetary value
• Coins cannot be exchanged for real money or any items of value outside the App
• Coins are non-transferable between accounts
• Coins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to modify Coin values, rewards, and costs at any time

4.2 Earning Coins

You can earn Coins through:

• Daily login streak rewards
• Winning multiplayer matches
• Weekly leaderboard rewards
• Watching rewarded advertisements
• Referral program rewards
• Purchasing coin packages

4.3 Spending Coins

Coins are used for:

• Multiplayer match entry fees (50 Coins per match)
• In-game hints during multiplayer matches (10 Coins per hint)

4.4 Multiplayer Economy

A platform commission of 25% is applied to the prize pool. Match cancellations before gameplay begins result in full Coin refunds.

5. In-App Purchases

5.1 Coin Packages

You may purchase Coin packages through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are:

• Processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us
• Subject to the respective store's terms and conditions
• Final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or store policies

5.2 Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google through their respective support channels. We cannot process refunds directly. If a refund is granted by the store, the corresponding Coins will be deducted from your account.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices for Coin packages at any time. Price changes will not affect previously completed purchases.

6. Daily Rewards and Streaks

The daily login streak system rewards consistent engagement:

• Login to the multiplayer section daily to maintain your streak
• Streak rewards increase over a 7-day cycle
• Missing a day resets your streak to Day 1
• Day 7 includes a bonus free hint credit
• Optional rewarded ads can double your daily reward

7. Referral Program

You may invite friends using your unique referral code or link:

• Referrer receives 50 Coins when a referred user completes registration
• Referred user receives 100 Coins as a welcome bonus
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are prohibited
• We reserve the right to withhold rewards for suspected abuse
• Referral rewards may be modified or discontinued at any time

8. User Conduct

When using Numingo, you agree NOT to:

• Use offensive, inappropriate, or misleading usernames
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, Coin balances, or game outcomes unfairly
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or referral systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Blocking Users

You have the right to block other users. Blocked users:

• Cannot send you friend requests or game invitations
• Will not be matched with you in random matchmaking
• Cannot view your detailed profile information

You can manage your blocked users list in the App settings.

10. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using the App, you agree to view these advertisements as part of the service. Rewarded advertisements are optional and provide Coin rewards when watched completely.

11. Intellectual Property

All content in Numingo, including but not limited to graphics, logos, game design, and code, is owned by Olcay Gunes and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Inappropriate behavior towards other users
• Cheating, exploiting, or manipulating game systems
• Fraudulent purchase or refund activity
• Abuse of referral or reward systems
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all associated Coins, with no right to refund.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Virtual currency balances and game progress may be affected by technical issues, and while we strive to resolve such issues, we cannot guarantee restoration in all cases.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olcay Gunes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency, game progress, or account data.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. For significant changes affecting virtual currency or purchases, we will provide notice within the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
